When Cheapo Records needed to move from their long-held location at Hennepin and Lake in Minneapolis, they contacted us for assistance. We conducted extensive market research to identify acceptable solutions based on Cheapo’s customer demographics. We initiated an intensive property search to find an appropriate sized space with acceptable lease rates. Our solution resulted in a long term sublease with favorable terms and conditions for Cheapo.
